okokiies , remember i asked serene for feedback for conducting for the feitian ? yeah , so i asked her again for fenyong (: and ... here's her CHIEM-ALOGY feedback :D
"Yijia – her problem lies with her lack of confidence, or what the orchestra perceives. What I saw from her was someone who isn’t too sure of when to make us go in on the dot or not. She lacks the stage presence to command a group.
As for shaoyong , he was pretty okay in terms of controlling the co- lets not mention percussion in this lol- but when someone makes an obvious error in the orchestra, he tries to fix it, but gets mixed up, then the whole orchestra stops coz we couldn’t folo him as we were mixed up too. He should keep himself steady.
As for u, I totally loved ur style. U had the presence to command, shaoyong had that too. But u were more confident than him n u showed that u can lead us. The conclusion? Good. Everyone was fooling ur clear actions n they knew when to enter at the right moment. Shaoyong’s was a bit messy – some entered n some didn’t. Urs was good."
